2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. There is a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Backups are stored in encrypted form:

  • Hetzner Storage Box (Deutschland/EU)
  • Google Drive EU-Region
3. Data collected when visiting the website

When you visit the website, the following data is automatically processed:

  • IP address (may be collected by Google Fonts)
  • Date and time of access
  • Visit counter (anonymous number of visits)

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest, stable provision of the website).

4. Contact Form

The following personal data is processed via the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Message text

The data is transmitted by email and stored on the server.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract/request). There is currently no automatic deletion of old entries.

5. Services used
  • Google Fonts (loaded externally from Google servers in the USA) → IP address may be transmitted to Google.
  • Elementor (Page builder, no user tracking function)
  • Contact Form 7 (form processing)
  • Internal visit counter (anonym)
6. Cookies & Tracking

No tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are used.  Only a simple, anonymous visitor counter is active.

7. Data storage and security
  • The website uses SSL/HTTPS encryption.
  • Data is transmitted in encrypted form.
  • Server-side security measures are active.
8. No user accounts

There is no registration or logins.

9. No products or services can be booked online

There is no e-commerce.

10. Rights of data subjects

You have the following rights at any time:

  • Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

11. Data transfer to third countries

Google Fonts may trigger the transfer of personal data (IP address) to the USA.
